When will my order ship?
All orders are printed on demand. Paper prints will ship approximately 10 business days from receipt of the order and canvases will ship approximately 15 business days from receipt of the order. If you selected local pick up, a representative from Riverside Art will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
What is your shipping Policy?
Riverside Art has daily UPS, Fedex, USPS pickup Monday through Friday. A credit will be issued for excess shipping and handling charges accrued by the purchase of multiple items shipped to the same address. Shipping and handling is calculated by the size and weight of the package(s) shipped within the contiguous United States. Standard ground shipping time frames will vary by zip code. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally can be arranged privately. Please complete the form on the contact page and we will reply during normal business hours which are 9:30 am to 6 pm EST Monday - Friday.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
At Riverside Art, our goal is always our customer's satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your print order, please contact a sales associate at (508)672-6735 or email supplies@riversideart.com for issue resolution.
What is your cancellation policy?
Canceled orders will be refunded via PayPal minus processing fees.
What if I need a frame?
Our staff of custom framing designers are available to offer advice and options for all of your framing needs. We have thousands of frame and matting options available for custom designs as well as standard ready made frames in a variety of finishes to fit any budget.
